Aroma
Foundation has a complexity of various aromas, including dark cacao, rustic oak, toffee, vanilla, and dark cherry.

Flavor
Foundation V tastes much like its aroma. Dark chocolate, dark cherry, blackberry, and oak notes are prominent, and while there is a very satisfying warmth from the alcohol content, there is still some of that fluffy smoothness quality in the mouthfeel.

Like most big and complex imperial stouts, these flavors will become more pronounced and deeper as the beer warms.

Flavor
Smooth bourbon barrel-aged notes of vanilla and oak blend seamlessly with the rye spiciness, gentle hoppiness, and a warming, blackberry-like fruitiness.

Cherry Lime

Experience bright fruity aromas of tart, ripe cherry, with an underlying cereal note from the Canadian pale malt. Luscious cherry tartness transitions brightened up with a crisp lime snap has an enjoyable mouth-puckering finish.

Italian Pilsner
5.0% ABV | 44 IBU

A subtle honey, malty aroma blends with a unique and lovely aromatic aroma. A Hop-forward flavor is representative of both Ekuanot and Callista hops. Cedar, sage, eucalyptus, and citrus flavors create a clean, bitter finish.

Korean Gochujang Stout
5.7 ABV | 17 IBU

Chocolate and roasted malt aromas embrace a soft but evident red pepper spice note. The flavor profile is an enjoyable and full-palated experience of soothing and rich chocolatey notes that gradually transition to a pleasant and very tolerable warming spice from the pepper.

Cold IPA
Hops:  Bru-1 hops,  Idaho 7 LUPOMAX

We’re local masters of the style if we say so ourselves. Always brilliantly clear, packs a hop punch without getting syrupy - it’s a great way to enjoy a hoppy beer! Think a rice lager, loaded with hops.
