Slight caramel, hop, and dark fruit aromas with toffee malt sweetness and clean hop bitterness; dry finish of biscuit-like malt with pleasant herbal hop bite.

Korean Gochujang Stout

Chocolate and roasted malt aromas embrace a soft but evident red pepper spice note. The flavor profile is an enjoyable and full-palated experience of soothing and rich chocolatey notes that gradually transition to a pleasant and very tolerable warming spice from the pepper.

Wheat Ale with Peaches

Bright peachy fruitiness atop lovely tea-like spice and floral aromas. Clean and light-bodied with very pleasant grassiness, hints of lemon citrus, and noticeable peach note throughout.
