A Lime zest and light fruity pear-like aromas mix with some grain huskiness. Citric lime flavor permeates the delicate sweet malty flavors, followed by a clean, lime zest finish. 

Watermelon Gose

Slightly musky and sweet aromas of melon, with faint wisps of the sea imparted by the pink Himalayan salt. Flavors of melon and a hint of that gose saltiness.

Hefeweizen

Distinct and classic weissbier aroma full of clove, banana, and vanilla notes. Welcoming notes of vanilla and subtle banana sweetness are perfectly balanced by a rich and smooth mouthfeel with clove spiciness on the finish.

Dortmunder Export Lager

A distinct Saaz-forward nose with faint floral notes of Hallertau Mittelfruh. A lovely malt richness is quickly followed by grassy noble hop flavors, with a robust hop complexity, amplified by the hard water profile Dortmunder lagers are known for.

A rich menagerie of raisin, plum, caramel, brown sugar, toffee, dark toast, and some rich huskiness greet your nose. An enjoyable rye spiciness blends with gentle hoppiness and a warming, blackberry-like fruitiness on your tongue.
