German Blonde with Lime

A Lime zest and light fruity pear-like aromas mix with some grain huskiness. Citric lime flavor permeates the delicate sweet malty flavors, followed by a clean, lime zest finish. 

Raspberry A.F.

Experience bright fruity aromas of tart, ripe raspberry, with an underlying cereal note from the Canadian pale malt. Luscious raspberry tartness transitions cleanly to a satisfying fruity body and an enjoyable mouth-puckering finish.

German Schwarzbier
4.5% ABV | 23 IBU

Clean with caramel, toffee, dark bread, and light roast coffee flavors. Nacht is very smooth, has little to no roasted malt astringency, and best of all, leaves a lovely bready malt sensation on your palate.

Cold IPA
Hops: Amarillo, El Dorado, and Mandarina Bavaria
7.0% ABV | 72 IBU

Aromas of orange and pine, along with tangerine, lemon, and mango. Crisp, clean bitterness with the notable hop mouthfeel that “dip-hopping” contributes. Resinous pineapple and tangerine on the finish.

Aquavit Barrel-Aged Cold IPA
6.8% ABV | 62 IBU

The J. Carver aquavit flavors of the herbally-citrus grains of paradise, the bittersweet earthiness of caraway, and the warm, faintly licorice-like fennel pair exceptionally well with the hops notes of our Chill Phaze Cold IPA. The finish is slightly oaky blended with a pleasant maltiness. 

Dark Cherry Imperial Stout
11.9% ABV | 58 IBU

Boozy chocolate greets a restrained cherry tartness, followed by a classic roasty Imperial Stout finish.

Winter Warmer Rye Ale
6.1% ABV | 33 IBU

A mix of cinnamon, allspice, and caramel malt, arises from the nose. A black pepper pop mid sip amid flavors of cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice hits the palate with a sweet caramel malt finish.

Korean Gochujang Stout
5.7 ABV | 17 IBU

Chocolate and roasted malt aromas embrace a soft but evident red pepper spice note. The flavor profile is an enjoyable and full-palated experience of soothing and rich chocolatey notes that gradually transition to a pleasant and very tolerable warming spice from the pepper.
